Join me, Sarah, at the Lowell St Community Garden (a Denver Urban Garden). We’ll talk about all things dahlias- tuber facts, potting up, planting, care and tending, as well as harvest and end of season care. To gain hands-on experience we’ll plant tubers in the communal food forest and flower gardens. 

Saturday May 18th from 10am-12pm at Barnum Community Garden and Orchard 150 N Lowell Boulevard

An email with the day of details will be sent out a week before the workshop.

• A take home handout to guide you in planting your own dahlias

• Demonstrations in the garden for planting, pinching, and pest management
